Yes: U r ideal body weight should be below 180 lbs. Ldl should be below 100 and HDL should be above 45.U need statin to be healthy!

Not yet...: Give your diet and exercise regimen a full six months then get new blood testing to assess for efficacy. LDL should be lower and HDL should be higher, but you can do this without medication. Aerobic exercise. Watch the saturated and trans fats and increase fiber in the diet. If it doesn't work after six months, consider medication.
