Diet and exercise: Talk with your OBGYN. A gluten free and lactose free exclusion diet may help your symptoms that may or may not be related to PCOS. Spironolactone may help. Learn about and avoid insulin resistance and diabetes and get hormone levels checked. Don't worry you'll be okay. Good luck.
