Fertility Specialist: First you want a full evaluation to make sure it is safe to get pregnant. You want to test for pre-diabetes to make sure there is no harm to a baby. Then if you are ovulating that is great. If not usually some simple medicine can get you to ovulate.

Get treated: Pcos can be treated. Doctors that specialize in infertility can help you. In my opinion, one of the best infertility docs in the country is dr. Scott roseff. If he is too far away, then find an infertility doctor in your area. Good luck!
