I was diagnosed with chronic duodenitus and chronic gastritis. i am waiting my for my biopsies results. my stomach and chest aches all the time. any advice to help me with the constant discomfort? such as pain relief, diet or supplements?

Gastritis : Avoid triggers such as alcohol anti inflammatory meds. Manage weight. May need to see doctor re meds. Baking soda may help. I work in a conventional medical framework so unable to advise re effectiveness safety or otherwise of supplements

Biopsy results are: Stomach, antrum, biopsy: Antral mucosa with mild chronic gastritis . Negative for helicobacter by immunohistochemistry. Negative for intestinal metaplasia. Negative for dysplasia and malignancy. What does this mean? Awaiting my GI?
Gastric nodule results. Stomach, pyloric nodule biopsy: Moderate chronic inactive gastritis with reactive foveolar hyperplasia and intestinal metaplasia. No H pylori or dysplasia identified. Is this a benign condition and do I need treatment?
