Low wbc count 3.1 low neutrophils percentage 21.7 low neutrophils number 0.7 high ly percentage 63.9 in range ly # 1.90 any ideas on whats wrong?

I'm worried: Neutrophils below 1000 worries and me and you're not far from the count of 500 that very much worries me. Get with a hematologist. If you're taking any meds you don't truly need, consider stopping them. Lupus can do this, but you'd probably have other warnings of this. Get checked again soon -- there are "cyclic" entities in which they drop for just a few days. Best wishes.
