What does low wbc, high lymphocyte percentage,low neutrophil percentage,low hct percentage and low mcv count mean?

How low: Would need to see the whole report.If platelets also low would be pancytopenia.It would depend on how long the percentages are.Could be something such as iron defiency,renal problems,bone marrow issues.Too little information to express more of an opinion except may need more studies if significantly low.
