Not Uncommon: Constipation happens from time to time. It could be from a change in diet, stress level, medication, etc. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and try to take some fiber. If it continues for a few more days, there's many over the counter stool softeners you could try.

Bowel movements: Not necessarily a problem as infrequent irregularity is not uncommon. Increasing your fiber and water intake may help. If it persists then fiber laxatives may help. If it becomes a persistent problem then you may want to see your doctor for further advice.

Maybe your diet/med: Sometime new foods/meds can alter your bowel habits. See if anything changed i.e. Ate less fiber, drank less fluids, increased calcium/cheese intake. Thames are just a few things that could make you constipated. As long as you don't have any alarm signs e.g. Rectal bleeding, severe abdominal pains, weight loss. Try some prunes, prune juice, mild laxative if you are bothered by it.
