Hi, im 23 years old female and i think i found a worm in my poop after i took albenda since i had some of the symptoms of worms in intestine but ive never seen worms until today i guess, it was brown and a little thick im not sure if it was a worm?

Yes, it is likely a large roundworm (ascaris lumbricoides) which is quite common in underdeveloped countries. Your probably saw a dead roundworm.
