See ur Doctor soon: Bleeding from rectum in a young person should be evaluated by a doctor ASAP. Hemorrhoid is one possibility, inflammatory bowel dzz, such as Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis is another. U need to be examined ASAP. Feel better.
