Sounds like a cyst: This sounds like a sebaceous or epidermal inclusion cyst. They are common. The biggest problem with them is they can become infected. It is likely to recurr after squeezing and usually needs excision to get rid of it. Consult your doctor, dermatologist or plastic surgeon to be sure.
