Everytime im breastfeeding my baby why do i feel sad, thirsty, hungry, felt alone all time? is it normal?

Postpartum blues: There are powerful hormones released when you nurse. They can cause your sad mood. If you are struggling with getting baby to latch and concerned she is not getting enough nutrition, that can worsen your mood. You should talk to your OB to be sure it is not postpartum depression requiring talk therapy or medication. Also, be sure to take care of yourself - nap and eat and drink more every day.
