Take it easy: I suggest that you keep your scheduled lifting session, but use lighter weights than usual and do more reps. You want to avoid any chance of injury before your soccer match. This assumes that you have been working out regularly. If this is your first weight lifting session, I would skip it. Good luck.

Potentially: Yes. It would be expected that doing a strenuous weight lifting workout would typically take about 48 hours to recover from in terms of regaining peak performance. As such, if the game is important, you may want to reconsider your training schedule.
