Did you black out?: The thing to worry about is a concussion or subdural hematoma. Both require sufficient force to cause you to lose consciousness. If you actually blacked out then you need to be examined and it may be necessary to get a ct or MRI scan. If you just have a headache, just try to relax, take over the counter analgesics. If it doesn't get better, you need to see a doctor for a formal neurolog.

Head injury worry?: Signs of concussion include alteration in alertness, confusion, fatigue, dizziness, and fatigue. If you are not having any of these, you do not have to worry now. If symptoms are present, see your doctor.
