For how long?: Could just be a sprain, but a medial meniscal or medial collateral ligament injury would be the worst case scenario. Generally the knee doesn't like lateral and torquing movements, both common in soccer. Might need an MRI if the symptoms doesn't resolve in a couple of weeks.

Infrapatellar: tendonitis. OTC antiinflammatory medical and orthopedic evaluation are logical.

Bursitis: Pes Anserinus bursa is located at the insertion of the medial collateral ligament, as well as the common tendon insertion of the Sartorius muscle and Obturator muscle. Excessive repetitive usage can cause inflammation of the bursa, leading to bursitis and pain at the pes Anserinus region of the knee.
