Not an STD: Oral chlamydia is uncommon, and when it happens, it is not known to cause symptoms of any kind. The other STD possibilty is gonorrhea, if you recently performed oral sex on an infected partner. But almost all oral gonorrhea also causes no symptoms; and when it does, it's only sore throat, not nasal congestion. Sounds like you have a standard cold. But if potentially at risk for STD, get tested!
