Thigh tenderness: I don't think that the itchy belly and thigh tenderness are related. Thigh tenderness, if not due to recent injury, may be caused by muscle inflammation, nerve irritability, impingement, or inflammation, phlebitis, growths, bone lesions or skin lesions( if any are visible). A physician would have to examine you in order to determine the cause.
