My friend was recently @the er. they gave her two .5 mg dilaudid iv and two 5mg oxycodone ir. she also took 4 vicodin 5/500mg. could she at risk of od?

Possibly: Overdose is always a possibility when dealing with narcotics. Each person and their history are required to answer completely. If this person is chronically using large doses of narcotics then they will have a tolerance to these drugs and will require more than the average non narcotic using patient to experience respiratory depression and death. Narcotics are dangerous period.
