No: Not the ones that matter, except for blood alcohol. If it made a difference, we'd notice whether the people on whom we draw blood are buzzed or sober. This is a good question and I am glad you asked.

Bad idea: Likely not but it depends on what they are testing for. But your question shows there is a bigger problem-- not the least of which is self-medicating with alcohol for anxiety over a ?Blood test?
