Complex question.: 1 abnormality out of many may not represent anything except procedural error (problem with the test, not you). But that depends on the symptoms which prompted the test in the 1st place. FEF75% is forced expiratory flow rate 3/4th (75%) into the breathing cycle. You have to interpret in context of the pictures & other numbers. Use HealthTap Prime or talk to ordering physician to discuss concerns.
