It is normal: Normal results for pfts are based on "predicted values" for people of a similar ages and sex. If you are under the predicted value by a certain amount ( 75-80% for example) the test is deemed abnormal. A value > 100% predicted is a normal result.

See below: The only numbers that really matter are the FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio, TLC, RV and DLCO. The other numbers you talking about under DLCO, I wouldn't worry about. The DLCO should be between 80-120% of your normal. If it's over 120%, that could indicate diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, but I've never seen anyone with this problem that was able to have PFT's done.
