Short answer: Is: go see a doctor. If you don't have any nausea, vomiting, or visual difficulty, chances are low, but not zero, that you have a brain injury, assuming you did not get knocked out. But only a doctor can tell whether you have a brain injury, and sometimes he can't tell for sure without a ct scan.
