Try : Try to have someone look at your scalp to see if there is an area of irritation or infection. If you have continued head pain you should be evaluated. If you had increased pain, fever, or vomiting then you would have to go to the er.

Taking isotretinoin. 1st month 30/day, 2nd 60/day then 80/day. Lump grew on forehead at month 2, feels like bone & is next to very tender sore spot & get headaches. Now take 40 mg every other day to lessen effects. Is a low dose still dangerous?
