Constipation: Treatment for chronic constipation includes adequate fluid and fiber intake. In addition, if necessary, taking a product like senokotS daily provides a stool softener with a bowel stimulant. It's best to avoid chronic laxative use. I'm not familiar with triazac. A gastroenterologist can evaluate, advise and treat you as,well as give dietary advice.
