Circ. Adhesions: What your son has is a fairly common complication of circumcision, especially if he's a chubby little dude where his penis tended to get pulled back in. Sometimes the use of topical steroids can break down the adhesions along with daily gentle retraction and pulling of the adhesions. Talk to your pediatrician about trying the topical steroids. Not much downside to using for a few weeks ,might help
