Time will tell: Random tics are typically nothing serious to worry about and often occur after a stressful event. It's possible your son became stressed out or nervous after fainting, and the tics may have subsequently developed as a result of this. It's usually best to ignore these behaviors & focus on other things, while giving positive reinforcement things he does well. If they worsen, see your doctor.
