If it is a situation: that has hurt you... it takes time to recover. it is also not beneficial to hold in feelings s it can result to such as situation and causes issues. you should set aside some time for yourself to analyze you thoughts and thought patters, what are the triggers? Once these are identified you can start recovery. Also you can enlist the help of a behavioral therapist.
