Rest it to heal: You want this stress fracture to heal, so you'll want to take it easy. We say RICE Which stands for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. Bones can take 4-8 weeks to heal. If you don't give it rest and time, you could end up with chronic for pain from a bone that was never allowed to heal. Be very mindful about the needs of your body. Good luck.
