8 year old son constantly coughing and then being sick with it he's got asthma and is on montelukast does he need to see a doctor?

Needs to be seen: If he is coughing he may need a rescue inhaler such as albuterol in addition to his montelukast. Follow up with his doctor and ask about creating an asthma action plan.
