Unsure: No periods with mirena is common. Lump in RQL could be many things. Unfortunately need examination, pelvic exam and most likely ultrasound or CT scan to help figure out what this is. The list of things this might be is too long to list here. Sorry cannot be of more help. Dr R

Good day, please can you offer some advise. In February 2018 I had the mirena inserted. Since I put it in I have been in constant pain and discomfort. It feels like the pain is somehow worse and my periods can last up to a month at a time. ?
Mild/moderate pelvic pain and cramps, spotting, and low grade fever since I had Mirena inserted 2 days ago. Should I call my GYN, even though fever is low grade and pain isn't severe, or will this subside on its own?
I'm feel dizzy weak and I am a day late for my period for the first time since my mirena (levonorgestrel) was inserted three years ago no cramping what could this be?
