Flu test few days ago with swab inside my nose. nose still feels sensitive. could that swab cause an infection in my nose or am i worrying too much?

Possible: Probably just sill irritated, however a safe thing to do would be to get a bacitracin or polysporin cream and place in the nostril 2 or 3 times per day. The ointment will protect the area and help the irritation to heal if you do have an infection it would be the best first thing to do! Hope that helps!
