Why is it exactly that nevus depigmentosus is incurable? theoretically what would have to happen for it to be cured? thanks!

Cut it out: The skin affected by this defect is what it is. It will not change.If it is small you could have a dermatologist or plastic surgeon cut it out, but it would leave a scar.If it covers a significant area that would be difficult. There are a variety of cover up strategies you can try or you can just live with it.
