Hello great doctors out there! i was wondering if it is safe to use hair dye/bleach if one were born with a "birthmark" on head? i just self-researched on what type of birthmark i have and i guess i have the one called "nevus sebaceous". thank you?

See a dermatologist: There was a time in the not so distant past when all nevus sebaceous were removed because they were believed to be pre-cancerous. That thinking is questionable now but still merits a visit to the expert in skin diseases. Make sure you have what you think you have and get up to date treatment recommendations. Get the care you deserve.
