Forgive my frankness: You won't "cure" it, "naturally" or by grafting or anything else. You can paint it (permanganate, etc.) or cover it up, or you can embrace it. It's distinctively yours, something people use to recognize you, and if you are well-liked, so is the lesion. Ask a few of your friends of each gender how they feel. Some possible partners will love it. "I'm the guy with the lucky spot."
