Abscess? Fistula?: Difficulty starting to urinate is not a common symptom of UTI. Anal discharge also isn't evidence of UTI, but could mean other kinds of infection, such as perirectal abscess. Or you may have a fistula (abnormal connection) between your urinary tract and rectum, i.e. maybe the leakage is urine. These symptoms may be connected. Whatever is going on could be serious. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
