Hi, what could cause urine leakage in a 23 yr old female? what should i do about it? i dont have any uti symptoms. my underwear gets slightly wet sometimes and smells strong like urine?

There are several possible causes. Have you given birth or had genital surgery? if not, this definitely should not be happening at your age. See a doctor about it. Good luck.

There is a small percent of young , otherwise healthy females who have this. Try emptying your bladder when you get the urge and not hold it in, take your time to void till all is out, and have your Gyn/Uro teach you Kegels exercises. Gradually you will regain control Good luck
