NO Keflex!: Definitely do not self treat this with cephalexin (Keflex) or anything else. It probably is not a UTI anyway. UTIs are rare in men your age; even if it is, this will screw up the diagnosis. If "hard" means slow flow or difficulty starting to void, maybe blockage in urethra or prostate. If discharge and/or pain, an STD is possible. Don't treat, get care ASAP and take it from there. Good luck!
