Cervicitis?: Bleeding after sex often means inflammation of the cervix (cervicitis), often due to STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia). And you chose topic tags gonorrhea, chlamydia and STD, showing they are on your mind, which probably means you think there is STD risk. So definitely get care and be tested. Also check for bloody semen in husband, which isn't rare (usually harmless if only once or twice).
