Possible UTI: Pain while urinating and yellow discharge might be signs of a urinary track infection (UTI). I would suggest you visit your doctor to determine if this is the case. The doctor would need to do a history, physical exam with pelvic examination plus lab tests to determine if you indeed have a UTI or something else.
