Tried 2do saline spray nose rinse and it wouldn't come out the other side no matter what way i held my head. came out my eyes it seemed. advice?

Could have fistula: I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you do saline nasal rinse it will be tasted in your throat it won't come out other side of nose. The two sides of the nose are separate. If it came out you eye the you have an abnormal connection between your nose and your tearing system which could be a fistula. You should see an ENT specialist.
