Varies w/other meds: There are different titration schedules, mostly based on what other medicines you are on. If the medicine is being used for epilepsy, if you are on Phenytoin or carbamazepine, these increase an enzyme that breaks down the medicine, meaning you can go to higher doses quicker. Depakote does the opposite so you have to go up very slowly. Talk with your prescribing doctor about this.
