No risk, no worry: If your tubes indeed have been removed, you are infertile and pregnancy is impossible. Your bc pills are having no effect on your chance of pregnancy and the antibiotic will make no difference either. (Anyway, antibiotic interference with hormonal contraception is greatly exaggerated. It's not quite an urban myth, but it is a very rare problem if it occurs at all.)
