Can i take advil after stopping levaquin for a sinus infection ? i know youre not supposed to mix the two but i took my last dose 20 hours ago.

Advil/levaquin: The reaction that I could find is that the combo may increase your risk of seizures. Generally that is only of concern in a patient with a seizure history taking medications. Since your last dose was 20 hours ago or more - I don't see an issue with taking Advil now.

Should be okay: You can take Ibuprofen, so long as you limit use and get adequate hydration while on levaquin, assuming you don't have any contraindications to either medication.
