Sinus infection: Levaquin is a very potent antibiotic and should be able to treat a BACTERIAL sinusitis. However, most sinus infections are viral and will get better on their own. If you have a bacterial one it should work with a 10 day course. Have you been using a decongestant?? I might suggest pseudoephedrine 30 or 60 mg up to 4 times a day
