Could be many things: Your headache could be many things: a migraine, sinus infection, change in your diet, flu, muscle contraction, etc. It is concerning if your neck is stiff, it is severe, you have a fever, or you have other parts of your body not working right because of it. If those things are present, you need to see a doctor. If not, you can take tylenol to help relieve the pain.
