See your doctor: Saw you mentioned nausea and fever in another post. Given the fever, severe headache, worsening with forward bending, and long duration for 3 days I would recommend you get a physical exam and labs from a physician. Any sensitivity to light? These are indicators that you should get further evaluation to rule out more serious causes (such as meningitis) versus getting an Rx to break the headache
