? Sinusitis: You may want to check with your doctor who may order a limited CT of your sinuses. Chronic sinusitis may cause such symptoms amongst other causes, your doctor would get a good history and physical exam then decide which way to go, good luck

Headache w bending: Evaluate for sinusitis. , mycoplasma infection, would also consider Lyme in Maryland ,possible flu B (more headache than anything else) migraine and atypical herpes if you get cold sores ( treat with acyclovir) - I have seen occipital headaches and high Herpes I titiers f/u /w/ doc
