Take the first: day of your last menstrual period and calculate or count how many days it has been until today. Then subtract 2 weeks and that should tell you approximately how many weeks you are pregnant, assuming you ovulated 2 weeks after your first menstrual period. Alternative take the last day of your menstrual period and subtract 10 days. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.

I am not aware: that pregnancy tests can determine how many weeks pregnant you are. They are typically positive/pregnant or negative/not pregnant. Most tests are reliably positive the day you miss your expected period.Weeks of pregnancy are counted from the date of the previous period; if you have a positive test on the day of missed period you are already 4 weeks pregnant. Conception 14 days after previous period
