Tell a professional: The feeling of the need for self control is very strong. The method of starving/vomit is unhealthy. A habit has 3 parts.: A cue -->a routine -->reward. Your cue is the feeling to have self control. The routine is the starve/vomit. The reward is a feeling of self control. Leave the cue and reward. Change the Routine to something else. Talk to a mental health professional soon.
