Starving / bingeing: starving sets you up to binge
bingeing often induces you to carry out compensatory behaviors such as starving or purging
the cycle continues

Treatment needed: You may have bulimia. Binging can also be seen as an instance of non-suicidal self-injury and deserves further evaluation. Medical evaluation given the associated risks of these eating problems may also be warranted so do speak with your PCP about this ASAP.
