Sport that U enjoy: You say you want to do a sport for your diet. That is only half of the problem. If you want to loose weight it is much more effective if you BOTH decrease the amount of calories that you take in AND you increase the amount of calories that you expend. So you have to both exercise more and take in fewer calories. They say there is no royal road to Geometry. The same goes for weight loss!
